Achieve Employment- Job Coaches – This job is available for the candidate who is particularly good at training individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities “on the job.”  They must be available for flexible employment hours and days, have their own transportation, a good driving record and be able to transport clients. The candidate must be adept at working with employers, training employees on task related skills, able to follow workplace rules and train the potential employee on workplace rules, resume development, job searching, applications, etc. Training provided. BRAAC – Behavior Technicians
 – This position is great for people who wish to work in an educational setting either one on one with students who have autism or a learning disability. Employee works with students who need a high level of support to achieve academic, behavior and social goals, to allow them the provisions they need to become as successful and independent as possible. Training provided. Candidate must be flexible, energetic and be a positive part of a strong team. It is a highly rewarding position, however stressful at times, and requires a person who is open to new ideas and loves a team approach when tackling difficulties. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or, at a minimum, working towards a bachelor’s degree. Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM position. Full benefits provided. Generous leave package. (full time)

Katie’s Place – Direct Care Staff
 – This job is for the person who prefers to work with the adult population who happens to have an intellectual or developmental disability.  Katie’s Place participants enjoy community outings, volunteer activities, skill building for independence and jobs, working with animals and gardening.  Training provided.  (full time or part time) 


In-Home ABA – Behavior Technicians 
 This job works with children and adults in their homes.  The behavior technician develops a strong relationship with the individual he or she works with and helps them achieve independence with tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, self-care skills, communication, challenging behaviors and more.  In-home staff works under the direction of Behavior Analysts and participates in team meetings. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or, at a minimum, working towards a bachelor’s degree. In-home positions are employed between the hours of 12:00PM-8:00PM Mondays-Fridays. Training provided.Licensed Behavior Technicians preferred and are compensated accordingly. (full time and part time)
