David Shaw

 

 

David Shaw joined St. Vincent’s Home in 2009 after serving as a classroom aid to an early learner with Autism Spectrum Disorder. David has a background in Psychology, earning his bachelor’s degree from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) in 2008 before earning a certification as an Associate Behavior Analyst from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in 2014, and then a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Sage Colleges in 2018. David holds a License and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia where he serves as the Adult and Community Services Coordinator for SVH. David lives in Roanoke with his wife, Lauren, and 2 children Liam and Gage. David enjoys composing music, restoring old bicycles, and working part time at the local bike shop.
